- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge our customers a fair price. We spend money on training and equipment. We also carry insurance just in case. The price we quote is the price you pay unless the scope of the project changes and you are notified and agree.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to ask the client if there are anything out of the norm we should know about. We send you a contract listing everything we will provide. About a week out from the event we will confirm everything and go over any details that need to be talked about. We will usually be early for your event to check out lighting and sound. We will ask one more time if you need anything special.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly striving to better our work. We invest in gear that we bring our work up. We also invest time to experiment doing different shots. We try to do panaramic shots at big conferences. This gives the client an excellent marketing photo. We also try to get high above the audience shots. Behind the audience looking at the speaker is a great shot our clients love. People shaking holds is another one. we realize we need to get different shots or why are you hiring us.
