UPDATE: I was able to resolve the issue with the owner of the company, Danny. He found my missing items, returned them and gave me a discount on the move to compensate me for the time and inconvenience. I am satisfied with the resolution of my issue and am very happy that the owner of the company put in the time and effort to make things right. Other than the missing items, the move was without issue and was performed within the time frame estimated.
