They are tailored to the size of the building and scope of management and/or consultation
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, there is an initial introductory meeting to assess the property and evaluate the needs of the client. Next, I provide a formal outline of the general services provided and customize them to the specific needs of the client. Next, we review the fee structure that corresponds to the scope of management/service. Lastly, a contract for services would be drafted and signed before onboarding begins.
