I will use Stay cool in Florida again..! I think that’s one of the best things you can possibly say in a review. Ellie was professional and responsive from the start. I’ve had the last 3 HVAC companies I’ve used completely take advantage of the situation and I still believe the lady company drained Pounds of Freon from the system. Ellie talked to me like a real person, like a friend- he reassured me on everything that was going to happen. He came on a Sunday morning before I went to work and got the job done in about 45 minutes or so. Between Ellie and the Insulation company I used our home is the coolest it’s been since we bought it. I will be signing up with them for their Twice a Year cleaning for less than what the first company I used charged for one cleaning! Thank you Ellie..!

Agreed to the job. Agreed on a time never showed up.had me waiting 5 hours no communication just excuses I would go elsewhere ! There's dozens of reliable AC companys this is not one of them

Unfortunately that’s not true. I spoke to Peter and hearing about his problem I said I’d do my best to squeeze him in the next day. Today came and we were going to show up late afternoon since we were not able to come at 3. Peter was told multiple times that he’s “next”… apparently that wasn’t good enough as he chose to leave this 1 star review instead of ask to either cancel or reschedule. I have all texts to prove that I was simply trying to help someone “ on a budget” but my help wouldn’t be needed as his patience ran out.
