- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent pricing. For new construction and remodeling we can quote a fixed price or a percentage of direct construction costs. We can work with clients using a convertible construction loan, home equity loan or a variety of other financing options. Our office is able to generate all necessary paperwork for title companies or third-party lenders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new clients. We offer a complimentary "visioning" meeting - to discuss needs and wants. We share our own "So you're Thinking of Building a New Home" outline and checklist. We answer questions and can help clients work from a blank sheet of paper, an unimproved piece of land, or from pictures they have saved for their dream home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from a University education with a minor in Urban Planning, I hold numerous professional designations, including designations from the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB). In addition to being a National Board member of the Association, I hold several designations related to Green Building and Aging-In-Place. I continue to be a lifelong learner and regularly attend educational events to keep up with the latest trends. Additionally, I'm a licensed real estate Managing Broker and a licensed roofer (license applied for).
