Montez was extremely professional and flexible with my scheduling needs. He was responsive when I had questions and was on time for the scheduled appointment. The project (treadmill assembly) was more complex than either of us anticipated but he stuck with it and got the job done. My husband is not easy to please but he was VERY pleased with the completed job.Jul 10, 2019Verified

Mr. Montez works on projects as if they were his own. Wants to make sure everything is done right. He is very professional and most of all is a perfect gentleman. I will not hesitate to use Mr. Montez in the future. Job well done Mr. Montez.May 20, 2019Verified
Montez was great! He arrived on time, worked on a few projects; assembling a fire place tv stand and fixing my rail on my stairs. It did not take him long and the quality of his work was excellent! I highly recommend him.Aug 3, 2019Verified
He is simply astounding. He had to do a lot of problem solving, as this quirky old house has many unusual and intricate systems that he quickly learned. He doggedly made sure everything was done perfectly! I am highly impressed by his work ethic, skill, professionalism, and likability. A remarkable man I highly recommend. I simply wouldn’t want anybody else in my house from hereon!Jun 9, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Sometimes because the scope of the project isn’t clear or there are items that they want built, installed or mounted I may not have all of the detailed information so I may have to “guesstimate” and that usually ends up being more or in some cases less than necessary for job completion. In cases like that I may have to slightly lower or increase the final cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am always trying to stay informed on the latest tools and techniques to improve my skill set and maximize my use of time while on sight.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always been "handy" as they say and after years of doing things for myself, close friends, relatives and neighbors I decided to put my skills to good use and began a career in retail merchandising and I was a natural. Assembling, building, repairing and just figuring out how things work or go together in general has always been my natural talent.
