Prices listed are a general estimate however we will need to visit each project to give an exact estimate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
once contacted by a new client we visit there home or business and evaluate what they want then we advice them of the best approach to complete their project. Once established of the best means and methods we put everything in writing and present it in a bid/proposal. in that document it will list each phase, cost and payment schedules. we are not interested in the nickel and dime game with extras and change orders unless absolutely necessary
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry working and training since 1992. I have tested for numerous licenses and certifications like the city of Evanston GC license test about 27 years age (not required anymore) I received a certification in construction management from OCC in 2003. I have over 27 years of experience in the industry
