FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have the experience of having a small home repair issue that I couldn't do myself. I call 10 companies from the yellow pages and did not get a single returned call. My project was to small. I am a professional manager not a craftsman. I saw the need to bring professional management to the home repair business. My craftsman are all great at doing repairs but they are not good at marketing, office management, accounting, human resources and all of the other tasks that are required to run a business. My craftsmen get to do what they do best and I get to do what I do best. I enjoy helping people everyday and have great satisfaction at running a successful business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our value proposition to our customers is this: our craftsman have at least 10 years of experience and in most cases 30+ years. They can do many different types of home repairs. You don't have to call a plumber to install a new faucet and an electrician to install a new ceiling fan and a drywall company to fix a hole. One craftsman can come and do all three repairs in the same visit saving you time and money.
