FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My personal training certification requires that I complete continuing education credits every two years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In my young adult years, I put on a significant amount of weight. It ruined my self-confidence and I believed that I would never be fit again. After years of trying fad diets, I finally made a real commitment to really get serious about fitness and overall health. I read everything i could get my hands on, developed my own program, lost the weight, and kept it off for several years. The experience made me interested in providing the same assistance for others. So, I studied for my personal training certification and have since helped hundreds of clients how to lose weight and keep it off. I've also helped clients train for events, such as 5K/10K races and military fitness tests,
