I just recently purchased a 2 flat property in a less than desirable location. I needed the grounds taken care of and the property to be reboarded and secured. We were looking for an experienced painter to paint a 3 Story House. Our decision to use American Preserves was an easy one as they referred to us by a person who owns 200 properties. The job was done over 72 hours and each room was immaculate and there were no errors in the job at all. They are the only painter we use now.
