- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential, We price jobs by how many squares, layers and pitch. Commercial, is based on tear off, details on the roof and man hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make you feel comfortable with us. We know your spending a lot of money. Its your Home or Business. Our new customers can ask any question they want. We just ask for basic information and get an Idea of what they are in the market for. Help them in the process. Like we said your home or business is your investment. Rick and Angela Schmidt, and Action R&C crews understand that also.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, The NRCA keeps me posted on changes in roofing values. They send out books and also emails about what going on in the roofing field.
