Would like to give TruHome a five star review!!!! When Joe and Tom came out to begin with to give an estimate on remodeling the existing shower and bath, they assumed it would be like usual, a two to three day job. We were estatic at this!!!! They went on to order the materials and two weeks later we had Nick and Kory come out to start on the hard work! Nick and Kory took a look and decided that the third floor bathroom was going to be the "problem child," so they decided to gut that one first. Unfortunately they found numerous more issues then just leaky plumbing!!!! We found out that the roof that had recently been "repaired" was infact still leaking, and had completely saturated the inside of the shower, interior walls, insulation, cabinets, and some of the floor. After seeing all this, Nick and Kory decided to finish the first floor bathroom which (to both of our relief) was a pretty straight forward job! BTW That bathroom looked amazing after they finished.....there are pictures on here....it was the pink tub one! The following day Kory was sick so Nick brought Dakota along instead (pretty sure Kory said NOPE!!! and Dakota had NO IDEA what he was getting into!!!!) They put in the finishing touches on the first floor bathroom and then back to demo on the third floor!!! Fast forward almost four weeks later, after alot of extra demolition, bleach spraying, roof repair, electricion and exhaust work, we were finally in a place to have Nick and Dakota come back in to start getting the third floor bath put back together!!! And let me tell you, they worked their butts off!!!! They went above and BEYOND what they were expected to do!!!! They had to insulate, frame, reframed (both our faults because we forgot how high it was to begin with) and build new walls!!!!!! Nick even cut away some of the floor since I told him the floors were being replaced so that the flooring guy would have the space needed to work without recking the new shower. This took an additional TWO days!!!! And did i mention that everytime they needed someing from the truck it was down two flights of stairs and back up again!!!!!! Nick even made sure that he installed the shower hose onto something we could hang the caddy for the shampoo on becasue we didn't yet have the shelves!!!! And Dakota even fixed my Grandma's closet by installing a new piece of drywall where the leaky roof and plumbing had rotted it away!!! I love the new shower and bath and to anyone looking for a bath remodel.....defenitly go with TruHome Inc. Not only did they go above and beyond the call of duty and do their job superbly, but they are also friendly, knowledgeable trustworthy, and incredibly nice!!!!!!!! Thank you Joe, Jordan, Chris, Nick, Kory, and Dakota!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I forgot anyone I'm sorry.......but thank you also!!!!!P.S. NIC!!!!! Check it out I found it!!!!

First off Brian and Richard came to our house and started our wish list which was our bathroom we were pleasantly surprised when we also got a quote for 3 windows the price was right and ended up getting 3 windows and our bathroom. Nic and Josh did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel they were clean reliable and fast and friendly!! Wouldnt want any other company but Tru home doing any of our work to our home! Then shortly after the work on the bathroom was completed we got the phone call that Matt Cooper was going to schedule and install our windows! He showed up on time and battled threw the cold and the wind and installed our windows. They look fantastic. All and all the whole project took about 3-5 weeks from start to finish! We love our bathroom and will hopefully be able to enjoy opening our windows soon! Tru home is a fantastic company with outstanding employees!Thanks again Brian Richard Nic Josh and Matt. You gave us exactly what we wanted and more

I cannot say enough GOOD about this whole crew!!!! From the girls in the office to the guys doin' the work! Nic and Isaiah was very friendly we laughed a lot and they worked so hard...to impress my husband is to say a lot...LOL I would NEVER have work done by any other company!!!! I'm just so happy my Grand-Son had Nic come and give us an estimate. The job was done in a timely and excellent matter! The guys go over and above what they need to do, just to make customers happy...And we are beyond HAPPY...they even put in our new bathroom cabinets! THANK YOU guys, you all were a Blessin' to us! LOVE TruHome Inc. Very highly recommend them to any one that wants an EXCELLENT job done.

Our experience started with a flyer in our door that had a coupon attached. My wife and I had been talking about needing a new roof for a couple of years but didnt know who to trust. In todays world there are lots of people that will rip you off and not keep their word.We called and started with Richard who came and showed up what roof types were available, the cost and what to expect from their crew. Richard made sure when educating us on what kind of roof we might want to use sources that we could check that were not sponsors or in business with Truhome. Everything we were told checked out. The project had to be started three days later than expected due to weather issues at other projects. We were called and given a heads up to make sure this would not cause issues in our schedule. Once the project was started, the work crew were very friendly and while on break even offered to help carry in Groceries. Once the project was done, any left over materials that were ordered were neatly piled. The work area was clean and the roof looks great. I would use them again on a future home.
