We are just starting our basement project. So far everything has been great. Russ is very responsive to texts and emails. They came out and let us do what we wanted. Can't wait to see final project done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonably priced and will price match if the scopes are comparably.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
KSRP will set up and appointment to view scope of work. Once we see the job scope we will email a full estimate by email. Once agreement of estimate we will schedule a start date and give estimate on completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is trained in various fields and will send appropriate individuals to execute the scope. We have over 12 years of service/ experience under our belts. KSRP is licensed and bonded.
