- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by the size of the building, frequency of cleaning and the specific services required. Our minimum is once a week to maintain a Standard of Clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know each company has diverse cleaning requirements, so we set up a short appointment to review the facilities and discuss the services requirements. A customized service plan and proposal is tailored to your unique and ever changing janitorial cleaning needs within 24 hours of the appointment. Each client will do a walk thru with the service provider to review the service plan prior to the first clean and our field consultant will be following up to make sure the client is receiving the standard of clean for their business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All service providers are trained on the state of the art cleaning techniques and equipment. We specialize in Green Cleaning processes and equipment, which protects the environment and provides a healthy environment.
