- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consultation is $200 for 1-2 hours. Board-N-Trains: Cubbies - $1,800 2 weeks for puppies under 4 months Pooches - $2,800 4 weeks for puppies and dogs over 4 months Private Lessons: Cubbies - $950 4 lessons for puppies under 6 months old. Pooches - $1,400 4 lessons for puppies and dogs over 6 months. Group Lessons: Cubbies - $300 8 lessons for puppies under 6 months old. Pooches - $300 8 lessons for puppies and dogs over 6 months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts us we will schedule a consultation to go over all issues. We will then give a suggestion based upon what we discuss and what we see. A consultation will be anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours depending.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Alice Phillips, have obtained by certificate in dog training from Animal Behavior College back in March 2015. I have worked with the Bellyrub Klub in Addison, IL and have just finished up a training program with Wolfkeeper University. The owner of Wolfkeeper University worked and trained under Cesar Millan for 2 years and then went over seas to work with other trainers and see how other countries do their dog training. He is considered a 2nd generation trainer which now makes me a 3rd generation trainer. I am very excited to bring my knowledge and experience to my customers.
