Ivan showed up on time, was very polite and professional, and did not leave any mess behind. He cleaned my gutters and fixed the downspout, taking the time to do things right and think through the best solution. Fair pricing, very helpful, and easy to work with. I needed t have my garage door opener installed but my nnew opener was about 3 inches larger than my old one. After contacting 4 installers, none of them would do the job because it rrequired cutting a 14 inch wood to fit. Ivan did it with no problem in the freezing cold (2 degrees outside) and never complained! Plus his price was better than all the others. Excellent Service and very professional. I will definitely hire him again.
