Nadav was very professional and responsive with my request. The estimate was upfront and fair. He listened to my concerns and gave me a few options to troubleshoot my outdoor gas fireplace that wasn’t working. I appreciated that he took his time, had all the parts I needed, fixed the problem and made sure it was lighting properly. He also gave me a few tips on keeping it well maintained and clean. We had several companies quote us several thousands of dollars to redo our fireplace because the flue liner had somehow detached from the firebox (initially, I was told it was cracked and not repairable). After a while, we sort of gave up on the idea of having a gas start fireplace, but I put out one more request on Thumbtack, and SN Shine was one of the first companies to reach out. Nadav was prompt and took a look at the flue and realized the liner had shifted where its supposed to connect with the firebox. He was able to realign it in less than 30 minutes, and encouraged me to get an inspection with the promise of a money back guarantee if the inspection reports that it’s not safe to use. I appreciate his transparency, honest, and integrity. Would definitely hire him again, but really hoping to enjoy my fireplace instead! Photos include before, after, and a working fireplace!

We had a great experience with this service person. He is as honest as the day is long. He did a lot of extra things. He did not have to do truly professional, great personality and set me up better than I was before with the fireplace. Did a great job I would recommend him to anybody.

Not only did he take the time to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our selection of a gas fire log set, he also carefully instructed us as to its safe operation.
