I had several unfinished rooftop projects (Fire-pit, Bar, Sink, Fire-tower,etc.) and after nearly 2 years of hoping the initial contractor would finish, I finally had enough so I made an inquiry on thumbtack. SHINE RENOVATION responded to my inquiry quickly and came next day for an estimate. They gave a competitive quote but went with Nadav & SHINE because he offered to start next day at 9am. In 3 days, when Chicago had the worst air quality in the world, Nadav reframed, cut, & tiled my unfinished custom fire-pit. He demo'd & disposed of the old bar top. Then installed a bar sink, faucet, redirected the drainage & added a new painted bar top. In addition, he re-anchored a tower heater that continued to fall due to Chicago weather & crappy job from the initial contractor. Nadav is very knowledgable and construction is in his blood. If he can't do a job, he's honest and will refer you to someone else. I highly recommend him for any of your projects.
