Lynden taught me a lot about our sump pump and ejector pit systems - both of which are in good working order - we just wanted to have a maintenance check. He gave us some good advice being that we are former NYC apartment residents, new to life in a duplex down with a furnished basement. Worth the money for the peace of mind. Will definitely hire for our other plumbing needs.
