Absolutely outstanding service, craftsmanship and professionalism!!! For eight months, I was in desperate search of a skilled contractor to level out a 1920s basement floor that had massive pitch with high/low points throughout. After consulting with four separate contractors, there was no doubt that Andrea w/ Castor Remodel understood the ins-and-outs of the challenge and could speak in great detail about how he was going to approach it in different stages from prep, to leveling and applying an overlay barrier prior to finishing with tile. No other contractor took the time to communicate or demonstrated Andrea's level of knowledge and expertise. As the project began, he even showed great patience with my need to micro manage at first until I realized this man knows exactly what he is doing. Needless to say, he made what seemed like an impossible solution look perfectly level. Down to the precision of his tile cuts done with such attention to detail - not wasting a single piece and aligning things perfectly - I am simply blown away. I cannot give a higher recommendation. Simply amazing quality of work!
