Marc was outstanding! I was on a deadline and he built the partition walls I needed for my shop , all the framing and sheetrock was completed in one day. He also came back a week later to finish the flooring job that someone else installed incorrectly and it looks amazing! I highly Recommend Marc, the quality of his work is outstanding. I would not hesitate to hire Marc for all future projects.

We loved working with Marc on many projects in our home. He can do everything, and does it with a great attitude! We actually miss him now that the projects are complete! We found Marc to be very honest in his dealings and sticks by his word. He does excellent quality work. We highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

About this pro

We offer high-quality work at an affordable price. We are always extremely competitive.Normally for projects that we are unable to quote a project for you we can send a specialist out to you for $28.00 per hour depending on the tye of work you require. The favorite part of my job is the day we are 100% complete with a project and the owners and myself and crew stand and look at what we have created.

    Q & A

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really, usually its based on a cost per square foot depending on the type of construction.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we constantly have to learn new codes that apply to the areas in which we work and there are many new materials and building systems that are introduced, as long as you educate yourself with both these items you will be great, as far as I am aware there is no continuing education for General Contractors other than the continuing education we get each day from working in different conditions with different personalities
    • How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a hero when I was about 13 who did this type of work and one day he asked if I wanted a job after school.
Coverage Area for Triad Building and Development is about 25+ miles of Northbrook, IL.
