Andy came out the same night to diagnose an electrical issue that caused half of my house to lose power including our furnace and major appliances. He was VERY quick to reply, honest, and straightforward with his work and helped me discover that the problem was coming from the wiring leading into the house which made the repair ComEd's problem to take care of potentially saving me A LOT of money. Even after the electric company gets everything back up and running we are going to upgrade our fuse and breaker box and will be hiring this pro again for sure and most DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone, and everyone, who has a home repair emergency and needs somebody responsive to come and diagnose and address the problem ASAP.

I recently had my furnace stop working. And when I was looking for someone to fix it, Andy responded quickly and looked to see if there was a way for him to come fix it. However, being that he was rather far away, that wasn't possible. I am writing this review because he went out of his way to see if he could help.
