I needed a property manager for one of my condominium units in Wheeling and I am pleased with the response and professionalism I am getting from PMI Suburban Properties. This being my first time using a property manager they have been patient and helpful with the process and it has moved quicker than I imagined. I am very comfortable and satisfied with how they have addressed my concerns, I will hire them again without hesitation.Oct 4, 2016Verified
"I use PMI Suburban Properties as a landlord and they do a wonderful job of managing my property. They keep costs down and making sure the property is kept in great condition. Since we hired PMI they have taken care of emergency heating repairs and I always got good estimates and accurate accounting of all repairs. I feel very satisfied working with them knowing my property is in good hands. My tenants have also been very happy with PMI Suburban Properties especially with their prompt response to their requests."Sep 1, 2016
