They came out the same day (just hours after I called!) and assessed the situation. They placed traps and explained the process. They will release live captured animals in a reserve miles away. They came back a few days later and removed a dead animal, reset the trap and left. They returned a couple days later to check the trap again. With nothing in the trap the 2nd time, they closed the entry holes, removed the smelly destroyed insulation and put new insulation in. The process was quick and professional. I will definitely use OutPost Pest again if needed.
