Davis Constructive Solutions

Davis Constructive Solutions is a hands-on home repair and remodeling contractor serving Granite City, and the greater St. Louis Metro East area. We handle bathroom remodels, tub and shower replacements, subfloor and flooring, drywall and paint, interior and exterior doors, plumbing repairs, roof leak repairs, vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters, plus fire-damage restoration work. Here's why customers hire us: every job gets a clear written agreement with the full scope and one price up front, so there are no surprises. If your plans change partway through, we put the change order in writing and price it fairly. That includes giving you credit for anything you already paid for that no longer applies. We do the work ourselves, keep you updated, and don't call a job finished until you're happy with it. We're flexible on payment too: 50% to start, 50% when the job is done.
