We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet the expectations you had in mind. Our goal is always to provide high-quality, thorough service and leave every client feeling completely satisfied. Our team spent approximately 4 hours cleaning your home and completed many of the tasks discussed, including cleaning out the refrigerator and wiping down the cabinets. Our pricing is based on the job as a whole — including square footage, level of cleaning required, and any additional requests — and we did not charge additional fees for pets, even though that is typically included because of the extra time and care involved. We also want to clarify that we did respond to communication and offered to return at no additional cost to address any areas you felt were missed. We have a standard 48-hour policy for reporting concerns so we can promptly assess and resolve them, but we were contacted 10 days after the service, which makes it much more difficult to accurately evaluate conditions and correct them effectively. While we regret that our offer to come back was declined, we truly appreciate your feedback. We care deeply about the satisfaction of every client we work with, and we’ll continue to use experiences like this to improve how we communicate and deliver the best service possible.
