I appreciated their being upfront and honest about not having much experience in the carpet cleaning. Although we did not hire them, we will keep them in mind for their honesty.

We had a very rocky start with Always Great Service. My grandparents have not been well, and I hired Always Great Service to do a deep-cleaning of my grandparents' home. Unfortunately, no one showed up for my initial appointment! I almost hired another company, but they apologized and rescheduled for the next day. They sent out a father-son team the next day. Both gentlemen were extremely polite, professional, and thorough. They even did the front and back picture windows! My family is thrilled with the work that was done, and the price was extremely reasonable. Thank you for helping my family!

Very happy with, would hire again, even showed me how to easily remove ceiling fan blades that didn't need tools to clean them so much easier.

AGS communicated very well through the whole process. They were able to come on very short notice and showed up on time. We have extensive hardwood floors throughout our place and are very pleased with how the cleaning turned out! The quote they gave us was perfectly fair for a 2 man crew - they were able to clean our place in about 2 hours!
