- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been working in kitchens for 10 years, for some people being stuck behind a hot line for 10 hours a day is unfulfilling. I decided to branch out and work for myself. Now, I cook food for all kinds of people, while at the same time train dogs!!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For me it's mostly family events, holiday parties, and small parties. I do not wish to take on anything too large for the sake of losing quality of taste and service.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone that is willing to work around your parameters. A good chef can make anything happen and will work with whatever you request... within reason.
