The cleaners came 2.5 hours late. The 4 of them took 7 hours to clean 3 bathroom, while also breaking 2 blinds in the process. The bathrooms didn’t even look that great at the end.
The only cleaner who did a good job was Randy who made sure that things that were unclean were redone and even fixed the blinds, making sure we were at least briefly satisfied when leaving. The remaining 3 cleaners were too slow and irritated throughout the cleaning.
