FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically speak to my client either over the phone or in person to get a handle on exactly what their needs are!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over and above the necessary educational requirements to be a Real Estate Broker, I am also certified as a Real Estate Divorce Specialist and a Senior Real Estate Specialist.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When choosing a real estate agent, it's essential that you find someone you can trust. I encourage everyone to meet with and interview a few different candidates to make sure there is a good rapport between you. Also - ASK for references! A great agent will have a line of people ready to say great things about working with them. Want to see mine? Check out my website, and click on the "Testimonials" tab. And if you're looking to sell your home - DON'T give your listing to an agent just because he/she tells you they can sell your home for a higher price - they will only end up repeatedly asking you for a price reduction! In other words, don't "sell" your listing to the highest bidder! Check out agents websites, and make sure they have a good grip on technology and the Internet - we know that over 90% of home buyers start their search online so it's imperative that you have good Internet exposure!
