arrived promptly and was able to do the repair immediately. I would say the downside was that I didn't understand the scope of work that was needed and why. Additionally I would have preferred to know how they arrived at their quoted price. seemed like an "easy" repair as far as the effort and tools needed to complete. It was pricey but somehow 1/2 the price of another pro on here so that was a bit challenging to understand.

The quality of work was great but their pricing is completely off the mark.

The plumber was supposed to visit and provide an estimate. Instead the job turned out to be very simple that he finished it. The plumbing job (1) involved cleaning the shower head (2) wash basin had to be rotated as it was incorrectly installed.

It took 45 mins and no parts were replaced. I don’t want to put the price charged here, but it was way too much.
