Latest Review: Very nervous to start seeing a personal trainer but Phyllis makes it easy and comfortable. She customized workouts around what I liked and always brought something new to the table. Still seeing her, been 3 weeks almost and I don't plan on stop seeing her cause she really does help.

Latest Review: Raven is by the far the best personal trainer I have ever met. When I first started with him, I was 250 lb and lost 25 lb within 2 months (meeting only twice a week...when I wasn't traveling for work, which by the way he was very willing to work around). His system draws from a lifetime of experience and a PhD in Kinesiology. He custom designed a specific exercise regime for my body type that was shocking effective. It is hard to describe how much progress I made. I did not expect the results I got. His insight into fat reduction and strength conditioning blew my mind. I learned more in a few sessions with Raven than I had in my entire life. Working with him, I realized how ineffective my past exercise experience was (I worked so hard for a lot fewer results). Not to suggest Raven won't push you hard (in fact, he'll push you to your limit), but it's incredible how he makes the session so fun and fast. For example, in the past, I avoided a "difficult" exercise because I was afraid of hurting myself or vomiting. With Raven's guidance, I was given the courage to go further than I ever had (without evening noticing!). When I threw up for the first time, we celebrated together! It was a rite of passage and I am very proud of testing my limits. If you want to lose fat in a sustainable way, Raven's whole body health philosophy will take you the distance. It's not a gimmick and it takes hard work, but he will get you to your desired weight and body shape faster than anyone out there. Don't sign up if you don't want to put in the work, because Raven expects your best effort. But if you are committed to his diet and exercise program and want to laugh a lot along the way, he's your guy. (And don't worry about your motivation...Rav's an expert motivator and has a way of energizing your desire to get better every day).

Latest Review: I started training with Dan at HiFi Fitness for straightforward reasons. After 2 sedentary winters in Chicago, I had gained nearly 30 pounds while taking "time off the gym" to start my business. I was the heaviest I'd ever been and, even though I was an athlete by nature, I'd only dropped 10 pounds on my own and knew I needed help reaching my goals. That's when I started working with Dan. From the start, Dan emphasized that we were a team working toward my goals together and that the changes I wanted to see in my body required my commitment beyond the three hours we spent every week together. I like that he leverages technology to regularly measure daily progress. Every exercise is keyed in, and detailed notes for each movement goes into his iPad - and I can see my results behind a secure login website. We're only a few weeks into our regimen, but I already feel stronger, and my pants are starting to feel loose. Working with Dan is not just about making changes to your body though. It's also about learning the discipline of movement and having the mental focus to push past the limits you think you have. Dan is a meticulous technician when it comes to form. He isn't a trainer who will just show up and stand over you counting reps. Every movement is intentional and he'll make sure your form is right. He explains how those small tweaks make all the difference. He understands when to get in your face and when to take a softer approach, and he is as committed as I am in helping me reach my goals.

Latest Review: I was too unmotivated and shy to go to the gym. I had Aiga as my personal trainer and now I noticed a positive change in my appearance. I am happy and now more confident with myself. I definitely recommend Aiga.

Latest Review: I have worked with Roy for several years and appreciate that his focus is on older adults (over 50).He provides a work out plan that will help you maintain strength, mobility, stability, and endurance. I've seen trainers who are little more than rep counters or who focus on the "pretty " muscles.Roy is so much more than that!

Latest Review: I contacted the GymGuyz because I'm serious about losing weight and getting in shape without having to go to a gym or use a bunch of large equipment. So far I've had 6 sessions and each session has been completely different, I have not repeated any exercises, which is great because I'm getting a full body workout every time, without having to repeat the same exercises. I feel like I am getting the most out of each session, because my trainer pushes me to my potential, something I could not do on my own. I'm doing this for results, and my trainer has designed a workout tailored to the results I want. My trainer is also very knowledgeable about fitness and eating healthy and is passing his knowledge onto me. I'm very happy with my experience, and I would recommend the GymGuyz to anyone who is serious about losing weight or getting in shape.

Latest Review: Trent is a VERY nice person and an Awesome trainer! He's on time, PROFESSIONAL, and I enjoy my workouts! He's concerned about any Health issues you may have...And takes that into consideration during your workout! I had knee surgery and lower back issues! If I can't do an exercise, he looks for an alternative one! He knows when to give you that extra push and know when to ease up!! Trent is concerned about your diet and what your PUTTING into your body as well! That's very important because when you eat healthy you get better workouts and faster results!! He Monitors your heart rate before and after workouts. I've been working out with Trent for several weeks and I'm getting compliments about the results already!! I mean REALLY I couldn't have asked for a better trainer!! 😊

Latest Review: Since joining the gym about 3 years ago, Paul is the 3rd and by far best personal trainer I've had. While I was initially skeptical about DJ Pauly D (due to being unhappy about unexpectedly losing my previous trainer), by the end of our first session Paul had won me over and I knew I was going to love working with him. Paul brings a wealth of knowledge, motivation and personality to each session. These past 2 months working with Paul has re-motivated me to focus on my fitness goals...and I'm starting to see results, which Paul has shown excitement and given praise for. Paul has a true dedication and passion for working with his clients and helping us reach our goals - which you can sense during sessions. During sessions, Paul remains very supportive and pushes you to reach your goals while also ensuring you are using the correct form. I appreciate that Paul is able to explain the importance of each exercise and why he makes me do exercises that I don't like. :) Paul knows his stuff and by listening to and following his recommendations you will see positive results. I would highly recommend Paul to any of my friends or anyone looking for a new trainer. You definately wont be disappointed in all that Paul has to offer.

Latest Review: Soooo, everyone. I’ve been working with Ryan for almost a year now and he has completely changed my life. I’ve been working out on and off for the better portion of 10 years but never seemed to be getting any results. Right before I saw Ryan I was at my heighest weight ever and not in a very good mental spot. I don’t come from a lifting background so the idea of going to a PT who had such a background in it was overwhelming, but he eased me into it and now I can’t imagine not lifting. And lifting also helped change my mental attitude cause since I’m physically stronger I feel so much more mentally strong. As a trainer he’s very relatable, not at all stuffy (like some trainers can be) yet always manages to kick my ass, you’d be stupid not to train with Ryan.
