About
I offer inspections and repair & replacement for roofs, siding, gutters, and even interior leaks. My goal is to help homeowners catch problems early and figure out the best solution — sometimes insurance can even cover the work, which means little to no cost out of pocket.
I’m focused on giving honest, straightforward advice without any pressure. Whether it’s missing shingles, leaky gutters, siding damage, or water spots inside your home, I’ll take a close look and let you know what’s going on.
Many issues can be handled quickly before they grow into bigger repairs — and in some cases, we can get the work done for free through your insurance.

Roman inspected our roof and took care of some minor repairs before our solar panel installation. We’re happy with his work and would recommend him.

Roman came out to my house to access the problem. Then gave me a solution to repair the problem. Roman was very professional and very helpful in this manner. He found out how the water was coming into my house. I’m so grateful for him. And he gave me a recommendation for my back porch to rebuild too also.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Often insurance covers repairs with little to no out-of-pocket expense, or we can also do the work directly if you’d rather pay out of pocket.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I do free property inspection and assess the damages, I handle everything regarding exterior, siding, roof, gutters. If you have minor leaks I can tarp your roof.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a state license and property inspection license, I can handle any type of roofing and siding material - even asbestos
