I connected with JC and they weee very punctual to set appointment. I was out of town and needed a 1x snow removal. The window to complete was very flexible. They arrived a few hours later and did the job. The main driveway was cleared and a small path to the door. Unfortunately the front porch and few steps (which are fiat and easy to clear) was barely touched and now I have to finish and salt myself so people can even safely enter my home. Glad the majority is done but not completely as discussed.
