Tate was super helpful when my garage chain snapped and left me stranded. He was able to come out the very next morning and fixed the issue. Was never pushy on the sales (unlike some other companies) did some quality work at a fair price. Would highly recommend calling Tate for any garage needs you have.

This young man was excellent. He was willing and able to come out the same day, was able to figure out how to successfully repair an unusual problem with my garage door, and did it in less time than I imagined. Wow!! I was thoroughly impressed with the work of Southside garage doors. Tate was on time, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We had our garage door impaled by the recent tornado and needed immediate assistance. Tate was out within 24 hours of contacting him and was able to completely repair our door that same day. Would highly recommend and will be calling for all future garage door assistance. 11/10!!!
