- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with small (unpacking, declutter) to larger budgets (entire home organization).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an in-home consultation, draft up a proposal with pricing and an action plan, and set a date to get started. Every client’s needs are different, but our process typically starts with an edit/declutter plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IAP, Professional Organizing Certification and a Member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO).
