He was professional - knew his stuff and was super efficient with his process, punctual- showed up 5 minutes early, knowledgeable, added value with pricing and knowledge of best practices! He also helped me solve/fix the weird smell of rotten egg that had been coming into my house for some time and I didn’t know where it was coming from! Even after having the Fire Department and Roto-Rooter to inspect, only Francisco figured it out!! He replaced 5 toilets and 2 bathroom faucets that were 30 plus years old. Some of the bolts had corroded and required additional attention. The marble sink countertops needed removing to replace the faucets.. no problem for Francisco! He knew exactly what to do. He was also super clean in keep the works space clean as he completed each job. Very impressed. I highly recommend SM Plumbing and will be using them for future projects!"See more
