FlowPro Plumbing came to fix my main sewer line and did an incredible job. They responded right away and got the work done quickly and professionally. What really impressed me was their honesty. I asked them to look at another issue, and instead of trying to charge me for unnecessary work, they told me there was no plumbing problem and showed me how to fix it easily myself. It is rare to find a company that is both skilled and so upfront with their customers. I truly appreciate their honesty, expertise, and the respect they showed for my home. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs from now on.

I contacted FloPro and they came out the same day to service my sump pump. Btw I was told by a previous company that I needed a new one and that they needed to dig new pipes out to the drain. Luigi Noe arrived punctually, respectful, and definitely knowledgeable. He found the issue asap , it turned out to be some type of valve not the sump pump or drain. He addressed anything plumbing question with ease. I will definitely be using the FlowPro’s going forward. Thank you guys

I had a hot water heater installed and Denis was our professional. Excellent experience, and their bid came in the lowest. Not required, but hey offered to let me buy the water heater myself from Menards and they picked it up and delivered. Even got a rebate. No mark up on the job materials. I also experienced great text communication, emailed quote, and very clean job site. If you are considering this plumbing business I would tell you to feel comfortable in doing so, I’m having them come back for other work in the future.

The guys at FlowPro helped me figure out a mystery leak in my house. I had water marks and initially had a supposed diagnosis, but FlowPro did additional inspection (cut open the ceiling at my request) and really figured out what was happening. They came back a 2nd time to install an overflow drain for my washing machine, which is on the 3rd floor of the house. Both times they came out, they let me know when they were en route, arrived on time, wore shoe covers, were respectful of my home, and cleaned up the mess afterwards. 100% would call them again.
