He was also very easy to talk to, and friendly! Unfortunately, that same night our toilet backed up. It flooded the bathroom and hallway. We could not use our water without the toilet flooding. He raced back to look at the problem, told us what needed to be done, and set up another visit for this morning. Above and beyond! This morning, Joe came out with the machinery to check the pipe. He removed the toilet and routed the line. He was also extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly, which wasn't as bad as we feared, thank God! He replaced the toilet, and cleaned up the area. Both men gave us tips and suggestions to keep our plumbing working. That in itself is exceptional.
We would like to thank FlowPro for all of their services. Trust me, if you need honest plumbers, this is the place to go, one hundred percent!
