Introduction: My goal is to save you money. Unlike most contractors, I do not mark up cost of materials and I do what I can to help you save money on them. I can take you to buy the materials, or get them and bring you the receipt and your change. I do not purchase materials out of my pocket; this protects both of us. I have been doing home repair and remodeling for more than 20 years on the side, and decided to do it full-time as I truly enjoy it and love helping people. I am not just trying to build my business, but rather lasting friendships. I wish to be the person you call when your next problem arises and the one after that. Many of my customers have become personal friends. I love helping people and would love to help you with your home's needs. Most of my work is flat rated, and shy of a major unexpected issue, I stick to my pricing (something most contractors don't do). My Labor pricing is very reasonable. I do my best to ensure that when the work is finished, the area I was working on is as clean or cleaner than when I arrived. That all work is carried out in a professional manner, and that you, the customer, is satisfied with my work. I usually work alone; however, if the job requires an extra person, I have a couple of people who are trustworthy to help me. If they are needed to assist me, I will inform you of such prior to bringing them with me. From little handyman repairs to full remodeling, even hanging holiday decor, I do almost everything. The only things I don't do are carpet, wallpaper, and large areas of concrete, as they require a different set of tools. I look forward to working with you.
