- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i try to be fair as possi le i understand that its pricey and i also value my work and know its hard work i try to even it out and im also very open to being negotiable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
starting off by negotiating a good price that works for both of us to meeting them at their home doing a walk through making sure they let me know exacly what they want done i clean their home put great attention to detail i clean their home as if i was cleanning my own home
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have always worked in cleaning i started by cleaning at home n being told how to do it right to my first job bei g cleaning in factorys n offices to cleaning and openning hotels , head houskeeper to being a housewife i also strted cleaning homes with my grandma and than taking over her customers when she couldnt anymore i have been doing it since i was 16 and iam 37 now
