- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to start with a brief overview of their project and then proceed with a meeting (face to face, phone, Skype, etc) so we can chat more. This conversation is consultative in nature - I provide advice and we start to guide the project in a productive direction. We then agree to begin the project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8+ years experience working in data analysis, project costing, and other business responsibilities that require a high-level knowledge of Excel, P6, and other data programs.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My best customers come to me with an understanding of what they're generally looking for. They're looking for someone who can take a seed and provide the guidance to plant, nurture, and grow it. It's these kinds of customers that end up with my best Excel/data entry products!
