Introduction: 8 Years ago I spent 4 days in the hospital and almost died.
"his kidneys are failing!" I heard a nurse burst out as they rushed me into a wheelchair out of my hospital bed after fainting.
After every test in the book. Nothing came back positive. I spent the next 4 days in the hospital with a 104 degree fever, chills, and extreme headaches. It wasn't until my parents packed me in my hospital bed with ice like a fish at a market that my fever broke.
the next day they let me go home. No answers.
A little scared and confused I took a step back in my life and asked myself some questions.
I realized that as lean as I am ( I 27 years old, 187 lbs, 9% bodyfat and in the "best" shape of my life)
I feel like SHIT.
I had been feeling like this for a while and ignored it. I looked good so was healthy I thought.
But the truth is that being healthy is more than eating and exercising a certain way. And since then I've set out to reach new levels of health teach others to be TRULY healthy themselves.
