Joe installed a gear assembly that I purchased. He arrived on time, and worked very efficiently. He adjusted the door, and recommended fixing something that only added $10 to the cost of the job. He was in and out in about 1 hour. Very nice guy, and reasonable cost compared to other companies I had called.

What's not to love. Responded quickly to the Thumbtack request with a price and suggestion to replace both springs. Said he had all the spring types on his van, and was over within a few hours. I wasn't home, but during the visit, he suggested some cables to my wife, so we had those replaced too. He was in and out quickly, so when I got home the door went right up.
