I’ve dedicated thousands of hours into my trade to become the professional that i am today. I’m here to answer any questions you might have and will make sure to answer to the best of my ability. I am not your average budget painter. I make sure to focus on prep work and delivering quality work to provide longevity. I Require a signed contract followed by a 50% deposit. Zelle and checks are subject to a 25% fee per transaction. Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams are the only products that I utilize, I do not work with products that are provided by the homeowner. My pricing is based off of the square footage and linear footage of an area. Labor Pricing: Prep work includes ($60 per man hour): masking, covering, taping off, patching, sanding, spot priming, caulking, nail hole putty etc. Walls: 8ft $1.25// 9ft $1.50// 10ft & above $2.50 Ceiling: 8ft $1// 9 ft $1.25// 10 ft & above $2.75 Trim: $3.50 linear ft Cabinets: $90 per opening Wall Covering: $3.70 sq ft or $5 sq ft peel & stick Level 5 Skim Coat: $10 sq ft Wall Covering Removal: $10 sq ft Textured Walls & Ceiling Removal: $10 sq ft Exterior: $2 - $5.50 sq ft All Materials are extra.
