- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was the head chef of a fine dining restaurant when a recruiter started trying to convince me to get into catering. I resisted her constant visits until the day the owner of the restaurant told me he was putting hamburgers on the menu.I have never regretted it. Catering is not for everyone but I love it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I did a sweet 16 party for Catnap from the Heart , a local cat shelter. I had a lot of fun coming up with treats that were appropriate as well as a banner and decorations.
