FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in clear and honest pricing. Before starting any job, I carefully review the project and provide a straightforward estimate — no hidden fees or surprise charges. Pricing depends on the scope of work, complexity, and urgency. If additional work is needed during the project, I always discuss it with the customer first before moving forward. I value long-term relationships and try to offer flexible options whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep the process simple and stress-free: We discuss the issue or project details. I assess the situation and recommend the best solution. We agree on pricing and timeline. I complete the work carefully and efficiently. We review the final result together to ensure satisfaction. Clear communication and quality work are my priorities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of hands-on experience working as a semi-truck and trailer mechanic. I also have extensive experience in metal and aluminum welding, as well as building and repairing metal and wooden structures. In addition, I’ve worked in construction and currently work as a handyman in Illinois. My strongest qualification is real-world experience, attention to detail, and strong technical problem-solving skills.
