This will be my go to cleaners for any house I live in. I have lived in multiple rental properties and I have used there move out clean along with there deep clean services and they never disappoint. They take out stains that I could never get out from hard water stains to deep dirt stains (some rentals I’ve lived in weren’t the cleanest). They are reasonably priced and you won’t be disappointed. I will recommend them to everyone and anyone who needs a great cleaning service.Oct 5, 2018Verified
The team that came to clean our home was friendly and on time. My home was cleaned top to bottom- they even worked extra hard to get the hard water stains out of my tub! My home was cleaned in about 2 hours and their price was more than reasonable. I will definitely use them again!May 23, 2018Verified
I was closing on my home and needed a deep clean and Fox River Cleaning not only accommodated my short timeline request but they had a large crew who worked hard and got the job done quickly! I was truly impressed.Nov 21, 2019Verified
We had Fox River cleaning services come do a deep clean on my grandfathers home. They did an excellent job, kept me up to date with their time frame, stayed within our quoted budget, and made the house shine! I cannot wait until they come to my personal home next week!Mar 22, 2019Verified
Did a good job but extremely slow 1 of workers spent over 2 hours just in the kitchen and never really got into the other roomsOct 25, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing in the cleaning business, is based on time, how many cleaning technicians, and labor intensity. Hourly rates are usually not shared or even considered when it is a company that has to consider things like travel of the employees, costs of supplies, taxes, insurance, workman's compensation, etc. Individuals in this industry typically do not have the overhead of things like, insurance, etc. Therefore, their pricing is less. Hope they don't get injured on the job or break something expensive!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A typical process is to see a job for an estimate to give an exact price. Especially for recurring jobs and for carpet cleaning, measure and exact sizes are required for accuracy in pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in the cleaning business since 1986. Professionally cleaning and detailing, vehicles, homes, commercial buildings, town homes, coach homes, and their common hallways. I was trained by the companies I worked for, have been to seminars and training for cleaning and management.
