Looking on Thumbtack and finding Jim was one of the best things I've done. He was extremely easy to talk to and had an excellent attitude. Jim was so accommodating. He worked around my schedule. He showed up on time, which is huge, and was prepared to work!! Jim was very professional and did a professional job! He was very organized and extremely efficient. He explained what he was going to do and did so in a timely manner. My carpets are beautiful! You can tell he is proud of his work and it shows! Highly Recommend Jims service at JEJ Masterclean! He recommended a review of the cleaning first which gave me a precise estimate on cost and expectations. Jim is extremely personable and did a fantastic job on my white carpet. I have four kids and a black dog, unknown stains and years of dirt. My carpets look outstanding! See you next year Jim!

Jim was prompt and very professional. He did everything he said he would and did a GREAT job getting the pet stains and odors out of our couches. They look almost new now! We are so pleased with his work. He wasn't the cheapest quote we got but we believe you get what you pay for and it certainly held true in this case. We will definitely use his services again!!!

I used Thumbtack for the 1st time to find a carpet cleaning company. Jim was fantastic-he responded right away, was clearly very knowledgeable & his estimate was as close as possible. I had 4 bedrooms, a hallway & a set of stairs cleaned in the exact amount of time he estimated. He removed gum residue, food stains & a tough oil stain along with the normal dirt from 6 years of foot traffic. My carpets have never looked so good! Jim was extremely professional & honest. I would highly recommend JEJ Masterclean & will definitely use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price Is charged by square footage.I give all my clients a price based on dimensions they provide to me at the time of our first contact. If you decide to move forward with service I will measure all area exact at the time of service. If sq footage is more or less then what was quoted I will adjust the price higher or lower depending on exact dimensions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was IICRC certified through ServiceMaster DAK and continue to take continuing education courses through Abel Service and Supply.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for Servicemaster Clean at the age of 18. I truly enjoy cleaning and meeting new people each day. No two jobs are the same and I enjoy the new challenges each new day brings.
