- I needed the portico in the front of my home replaced. - I had asked several businesses on Angie's List for a review of the job and a quotation . . . I received the sublime to the absurd. - I then learned about "Thumbtack" and found Jerry and Continental Fence. - He came, he quoted, he freely provided me all of the information I requested and, when he left I knew he was my choice. - His timetable was on the money . . . he came when he said he would be there and got the job done on time and on the money. - He made some excellent suggestions to improve the look, found really good cedar lumber and removed the old portico, installed the new one (better than the first) and absolutely cleaned up every last splinter of wood . . . who could ask for more? - Jerry's contact number is in my phone list and will be the first I contact when I need carpentry work in the future. - The fact of the matter is that I have already requested Jerry for a second job in my home! - I can't speak too highly of Jerry and his company except to recommend him to all that require a good and careful carpenter. - Thank you Thumbtack for having someone of Jerry's caliber on board. Jerry did fantastic job replacing my broken fence post. He was very responsive to my text messages and calls, had a quick quote from him and within a week the work was done. I would definitely consider him in future for fence work.
