I'm super happy with Window Genie. They did not only do a great job of cleaning the windows but also went beyond. They also helped me change the light bulbs that I can't reach because of the height. The crew is professional and willing to help! Will recommend to my friends as well!

They showed up with two beautiful trucks, six guys and finished the job in 90 minutes at extremely reasonable price. They gave me the name of someone to replace some glass and are putting new screens in a few of the windows. Hands down, the Best!

This was my first experience with Window Genie and I was very impressed. Todd was very thorough in our meeting to discuss the services and helped me feel like we were on the same page. The day of the services the Window Genie Team showed up on time (they called when they were on the way to give us a heads up) and did a fantastic job! The results of the power washing was better than I had expected. My walk ways and stonework looks new! All of the gutters were cleaned and no mess was left behind. The WG team did a great job on my exterior windows and screens. My house has not looked this good in years!! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Todd and team!!

Window Genie arrived on time, did an amazing job of power washing our house. For some reason we had an algae that grew on our house and looked horrible. They did it professionally, by power washing down and not up into the siding, and using force that didn't harm our house. They also washed our window trims and gutters. It looks amazing. I would highly recommend them. We will certainly use them again.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every job is unique, our professionals will come to your home or conduct a virtual estimate and walk you through the cleaning process. How long it has been since your previous (if any) professional window cleaning, how many windows you have, the square footage of your house, concrete and gutters are taken into consideration when providing you with a price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our professional estimator will provide you with an in-home or virtual estimate (your choice). We will then schedule a time for our professionals to clean, protect and beautify your home.
Our work is backed by a Streak Free Guarantee and our Window Care Program offers discounts based on frequency of service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Window Genie professionals are fully trained and insured. We use state of the art equipment and products to deliver superior results and treat your home with respect.
We are a member of the International Window Cleaning Association and International Window Film Association.
